  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

    The normal processing time for orders to be fulfilled and shipped is 7-10 business days. Items typically ship through standard first-class mail and USPS priority mail, and this shipping method is applied at checkout based on the total qty/weight of your order.


    RUSH ORDERING:


    If you need more information on rush processing for an order, please messageor callMC Davis BEFORE your order is placed to ensure turnaround time can be accommodated. Once approved, we will provide you with the proper instructions in order to fulfill your rush-request and get the order expedited.


    Rush-order requests cannot be accommodated if they are not agreed upon prior to the order being placed and rush instructions aren’t followed. PLEASE DO NOT PUT RUSH REQUESTS IN THE NOTES TO SELLER WITHOUT PRIOR DISCUSSION!


    ORDER FULFILLMENT:


    Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Information provided in “Notes to Seller” is viewed when production begins. If you have questions, please contact us before you place your order.

  • HOW DO MONOGRAMS WORK?

    For a traditional monogram, the initials are placed in order of First Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle (or Maiden) Name Initial.

    • Traditional monogram example: Mary Catherine Davis = mDc

    Another option is a couples monogram, which has the female’s name on the left, family name in the center, and male’s name on the right.

    • Couples monogram example: Stephanie and John Davis  = sDj

    Another style is a block monogram which is common for men. All three initials are the same size.

    • Block monogram example: James Scott Davis  = JSD

    Instructions on selecting monogram initials is included in the personalization sections located on each product page.


    Please note that we do not rearrange initials and they are printed exactly as your personalization entry lists them. Please be sure to double check that your entry is correct when placing order.

  • HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER / PROVIDE MY SELECTIONS?

    The full item description gives detailed instructions on how to provide your personalization information. All of the options are shown in the photos. Some selections are made using the drop-down list and additional information as outlined in the description should be provided in the notes to seller.


    Our items are created using high-quality blanks and other materials with great attention to craftsmanship and details. Ribbons, trims and other accents may be subject to availability. Slight variations may occur. Please note that colors on printed pieces may vary in brightness and intensity from those as viewed on a backlit computer monitor. If you have any concerns over color or font lettering, please contact us prior to placing your order for recommendations. If you would like a more detailed description of any product or recommendations for your order, please send us a message.

  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    • MC Davis Designs does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.  Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
    • Due to the nature of items being personalized, we do not accept returns or process refunds under any circumstances unless a mistake is made on our part.  However, if we make a mistake on your item, we will gladly replace it.
    • Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and ship back the unwanted item within 7 days.
    • Returning a product is at your own cost.
    • Shipping is non-refundable.
    • We’ll happily replace any mishap on our behalf.
    • Be sure to pay special attention to monogram order, spelling, and all details requested from that item’s listing for us to complete your order.
    • We cannot replace items free of charge due to incorrect order of initials or inaccurate information provided to us in the note to seller box on your order.
    • Refunds or replacements cannot be given for merchandise damaged due to wear and tear.
    • If you receive an item that is defective or is damaged in shipping, please notify us within five days of receipt of the order. We will request verification of the defect via return and will provide a replacement upon verification.
    • MC Davis Designs is not responsible for packages lost, damaged or delayed by Post Office.
    • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us about resolving the issue.
  • PRIVACY POLICY

    When you purchase something from MC Davis Designs, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. With your permission, we may send you emails about open house, new products and other updates.


    When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, or arrange for a delivery of a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.


    If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.


    Paypal keeps your payment information secure. MC Davis Designs never receives your credit card information.
